[Guide] Secondary Password
Hello Pilots, i'm Ge... err Distorsion, i made this guide to contribute with your community, i know that many people know how Secondary Password works, but there're people who don't know at all the new system, inb4UmotherF**kerlearntowrite, English isn't my native lang, so... be nice to me 
, if any moderator wants to correct my grammar, go ahead, so, here we go with the guide; -Secondary Password System-
Secondary Password System Features; [While the system is active you can not];
Functions of the Secondary Password System; [How to configure the Secondary Password];
NOTE: This system only can be operated in City or B-Stoped.
To set up our Secondary Password we'll join into game and press F10 to open the next Pop-Up:
Click the Button Setup password to open the next window;
Right here we'll put our Poassword and repeat to confirm, then Click OK.
In the System Message you will be noticed that your password has been entered successfully:
How to disable the Secondary Password:
To disable the Secondary Password you must to press F10, then Click UNLOCK.
Another window will be opened where you will put your password to disable the system, then click OK.
A message in the System Message will confirm that the Security System has been Disabled:
(The Security System has been Disabled)
If you want to change your password you must click in Change Password, enter the old password, the the new password twice to confirm, then click OK.
PS.I've noticed that Emerelle made a guide about this, but as i took the trouble to make this guia with ss and translated, i'll post it. It will be directed to those people who never check the "News" Section.

- Access to the Inventory
- Access the the Personal / Brigade Warehouse
- Check users shops
- Check NPC shops
- Delete Gears

Im p sure an account can be restored for a time after its been deleted, saw this in someones post somewhere, forgot if it was a mod or a non-mod who psted it :VMight want to add into this that the second password protects just the GEARS from getting DELETED It does not prevent a person who knows your login from DELETING Your Acocunt

Non-mod~ I mentioned it; discovered it when talking about the lack of web page security with Hyatt a long time ago, back when that "delete account" was first added and the forums were raging. Emerelle/Hyatt should probably confirm it though, since I may be forgetting something from that convo. Regardless, the account is still there for a short while after the delete button is pushed.... i think.

This must be a glitch but my secondary password was disabled yesterday when i logged in. I'm sure i have set up a 2nd p.w. because i've been locking and unlocking it ever since it was patched. But yesterday i just noticed when i logged in i can already access my inventory, shops, wh etc. w/out unlocking the 2nd p.w. I pressed F10 to lock it but it prompts me to create a secondary password first ( 
duh, i already have one..). Now i was wondering why did this happened, is it only me or other players encountered this too..

Unfortunately there is currently no way of resetting or removing a forgotten password; the only advice I can give you is to remember what it was and write it down

learn to read.every time I log out / unlock my account my pass resets :c
there is a message for unlocking and a message for resetting password.
there's probably a glitch or something that sees your "ctrl" pressed, makes pw reset pop up instead of pw unlock.
got it lotsa times but I read in stead of mechanically typing in the password.
the cure:
pw reset > esc; F10; unlock window pops up.
Lurking in AR.board.net since March 2010.He may have had trolled you but at least his arguments were logical.
